You can find all your invoices in you invoice list. This is the default view. You can also select outstanding invoices, drafts, overdue, paid or deleted invoices from the top menu bar.
You can search invoices with invoice number, company name or amount due by clicking on the 🔍 icon.
By clicking on the plus icon in the upper right corner, or by clicking the plus icon in the bottom and then click Create invoice. Read more about creating invoices on your mobile app here.
Select a draft from your invoice list. You can edit, show, delete or approve/send your invoice or draft. You can find out more about creating invoices in the mobile app here.
1. Select an invoice from your invoice list.
2. You can view the History and the Details of the invoice. If the invoice is unpaid, you can choose Enter payment in the bottom.
3. You can also click on the three small dots in the upper right corner and view the PDF, copy the invoice as new or delete the invoice.
4. Approve or send your invoice by clicking on Send invoice and selecting from the options.
In order to delete an invoice or draft, select the invoice/draft, click on the three dots on the top-right corner and select "Delete invoice".
Your invoice automatically changes the status from "draft" to "created" when you approve the invoice (as described above). When sending an invoice through Zervant by email, post or as an e-invoice, the status automatically changes to "sent".
You can mark the invoice as "paid" by selecting the invoice and clicking on Enter payment in order to change the status. When marking an invoice as paid, you can select between bank and cash.
Note:
Unfortunately a full history of the invoice, including creation date and time, sent and viewed status etc., is not yet available for your mobile App. You can view the full history of an invoice on the web version of our software.
