Yes! Onboarding is crucial to us for your social and professional integration. We fly in new employees once a month for an onboarding day in Copenhagen with personal introductions from key leaders. Our People and Culture team has designed a three-month program, followed by feedback reviews, weekly one-on-ones with your manager, and year-round social events.
