Understanding the challenges of job hunting, we've streamlined our hiring process. We begin with an application review, followed by a brief phone call to discuss your experience. The first interview is about getting to know each other, followed by a personality test, a logical test, and a possible case study depending on the position. Finally we meet in person to discuss support for your new role and if all goes well, we swiftly extend an offer.

Yes! Onboarding is crucial to us for your social and professional integration. We fly in new employees once a month for an onboarding day in Copenhagen with personal introductions from key leaders. Our People and Culture team has designed a three-month program, followed by feedback reviews, weekly one-on-ones with your manager, and year-round social events.
