Please verify that you entered your correct email address without any extra signs.
You can also check your email inbox for any "Welcome to Zervant" emails. We send the Welcome-email to the given address you have used to create your account.
Once you have successfully logged in to your user account, you can also change your login email address at any time. Check our Help Centre article here on how to do that.

Please forward us as much information on your user account as possible (i.e., company name, contact person, customer names), so we can verify that you are the rightful owner of your account.
