You can make changes and modify your Zervant user account at any time. Go to >My Account >User account to manage your general user account settings.
Service language - We currently offer six different languages for our software (Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Swedish). When you create a Zervant account, you can set your preferred user language. Please note: this only sets the language for the user interface. If you wish to change the invoicing language, please go to >My Account >Invoicing settings.
User name - this is the email address you entered when you created your Zervant account and it is also used as your login email. You can change it at any time by clicking >Change user name. If you want to edit the email that is shown on your invoices, go to >My Account >Company details and change it under >Contact person.
Please note! You can only have one Zervant account with a specific email address.
Password - Change the password to your Zervant account here. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page by clicking Forgot your password?. Remember to send it to the email address you use as your user name in Zervant.
Regional settings
Currency - The default currency of your Zervant account. Please note that these currency settings do not include the currency settings for individual invoices. If you wish to change the currency on the invoice, please read here.
Time format - You can configure how you want to display the time from different actions, e.g., in the invoice history (>Invoices, choose invoice, tab >History on the right).
Date format - The format how you want all dates to be shown on your account.
NB! All entries in our system are made within the UTC (GMT) time zone. If you check the invoice history, please be aware of the time zone you are located in and whether it is winter-/summertime. Add/subtract the hours from the displayed UTC time if want to know, for instance, when you have sent the invoice in your local time (check the time zone map here).
